Our Philosophy: We believe that there is something sacred about owning a "home". We may have forgotten over the past few years that a home is a lot more than a showplace, more than an investment, more than an addition to a portfolio... it is an extension of our character. RealtorŪ: Cheryl Poirier has been involved with real estate as an investor since 1997. She became a full-time real estate agent in 2006 and is an award winning Re/Max agent, specializing in Frederick County. Cheryl goes above and beyond for each of her clients with a "whatever it takes to make it work" attitude because to her helping people is more than business, it's personal.
Office Manager: Regina Chadwick has been working in the real estate field since 2004. She is an expert in all things "computer". Rest-assured, all real estate transactions will be handled with the utmost professionalism. She's never more than an email away.
Poirier Team Video Producer: Diego Morales (Cheryl's son) is an exceptionally talented videographer. He films, directs and produces The Poirier Team property tours for Youtube. When he's not filming... he's playing wicked tennis or rocking out with his buddies.
Poirier Team Spokesperson: Ainsley Chadwick (Regina's daughter) is talented beyond her years. Her natural presence in front of the camera is undeniable. If she doesn't grow up to take over Katie Couric's spot then she's a shoo-in to become the first woman President.
